Aberlour Futures Aberdeen Named Finalist in Northern Star Business Awards

We are thrilled to share that Aberlour Futures in Aberdeen has been selected as a finalist for the Inspiring Futures category in the 2024 Northern Star Business Awards. This honour recognises the impact of our work in empowering and supporting young people to build fulfilling careers in early learning and childcare.

We’ve worked with secondary schools in Aberdeen to deliver our foundation apprenticeship programme to students. Furthermore, our modern apprenticeship programmes help young professionals lay the groundwork for a successful career in childcare. Our programmes provide supportive guidance and workplace exposure, helping talented individuals in establishing rewarding careers where they are valued and make significant contributions to their workplaces.

Being named an Inspiring Futures finalist is a testament to the positive influence of Aberlour Futures in nurturing careers and enabling young people to thrive in the sector. We are both honoured by the recognition and motivated to continue expanding opportunities for personal growth and development.

The winners will be announced at the Northern Star Business Awards in April 2024. We look forward to the event, which promises to showcase many fantastic organisations making their mark across the North East.
