New upcoming training – Webinars for Early Learning and Childcare Professionals

September 28, 2023

We are excited to announce two live webinars taking place in October and November that will provide valuable professional development opportunities for those working in early learning and childcare.

On 12th October, we’ll be hosting “Promoting Effective Communication with Children and Adults.” This webinar will provide an overview of effective communication strategies for the workplace and how they can positively impact your role. We’ll discuss methods like active listening, reading body language, and adapting to different cultures. You’ll gain insights drawn from legislation, guidance documents, and best practices.

Then on 1st November, we’ll have “Reflecting on the Health and Social Care Standards.” The focus will be on implementing the standards and principles outlined in the “My Support, My Life” document published by The Care Inspectorate. We’ll reflect on your own practices and explore ways to fully integrate the standards. By the end of the webinar, you should be able to align your work with the guidance to best support children’s rights and promote quality childhood experiences.

Places are limited for both webinars so be sure to secure your spot today! To register for the webinars, visit the links below and secure your place:
