Course Description
This workshop will look at how you can enhance your block play areas to make them more attractive and stimulating, and inviting spaces for all children to explore, as well as meeting children’s development needs.
We will identify and align Block play activities to documents such as ‘Realising the Ambition’ and ‘Curriculum for Excellence’ and discuss the holistic benefits for children’s Cognitive, Social, Physical, Emotional and Communication development.
This workshop will help you gain confidence to facilitate engaging and developmentally appropriate block play experiences and activities for children of different ages.
