We'll explore the power of observation, meaningful interactions, and how to identify factors and influences affecting their learning. Learn to notice and be curious about children's behaviour, so you can meet them at their current stage and help them thrive.

For staff working in Early Years, and or with school age children as well parents/carers looking for information and guidance on how children develop.
Learning Outcomes:
- A better understanding of how you can link children’s observations to inspire meaningful interactions and prevent “missed opportunities” for meeting children’s needs.
- By exploring factors that impact development you will have a better understanding of how you can create an environment in which children can thrive.
- Learn more about the less visible areas of child development and how you can make changes to support behavior, increase resilience and wellbeing.
